Placing of Orders

 

Generally orders placed before mid-day Tuesday will be delivered that same week. Where delivery is required out of our normal nursery delivery area a carrier may be used to facilitate deliveries. Collection of these orders is mid-day Tuesday from the nursery and therefore earlier notice is required to ensure prompt delivery.

 

Deliveries

 

Full trolleys are delivered free to mainland UK. Part trolley orders are charged in proportion to the delivery cost and the empty space (i.e. a half full trolley is charged 50% of delivery costs, 1/3rd full trolley is charged at 2/3rd delivery cost). Local orders are delivered normally free of charge by our own transport depending on the size of order.

 

Pot Pricing

 

Please note that all of our 1 litre stock and heather baskets bear a barcode. We suggest that barcode stickers do not carry a stated price; as with supermarket items this enables easy re-pricing of stock to be performed without the necessity of removing and replacing labels.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. All plants offered herein are subject to being available at the time of receipt of order.

2. Any complaint must be made to the nursery in writing within four days of delivery. The nurseries liability for any loss shall be limited to replacement of stock or refund at cost.

3. Until such payment has been received the seller shall be entitled to enter any land or premises of the buyer where the plants may be for the purpose of recovering such goods.

4. All trade accounts are due within 30 days of invoice date and we reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 2.5% per month on overdue accounts.

5. The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms.
